This October marks the beginning of an important month for the 1 in 5 students across the St. Louis region who have learning and attention challenges. October is Learning Disabilities Awareness Month, ADHD Awareness Month, and Dyslexia Awareness Month. Students with learning challenges are three times more likely to drop out of school because they do not feel supported. During this month, we are not only raising awareness but also raising funds to support Miriam School and Learning Center, a premier education hub for children who learn differently and the families who care for them.
