About Us

Miriam Switching Post is an upscale resale boutique selling gently used furniture, home decor and collectibles. The Switching Post raises needed funds to support Miriam's mission of empowering unique learners.

All proceeds from the Miriam Switching Post are used to support the children and families in Miriam's programs through our Variable Tuition Program, which provides financial assistance. Because the shop is staffed almost entirely by volunteers, it requires very low overhead, and more money goes to the programs. Miriam improves the lives of children with learning differences through three innovative and comprehensive programs - Miriam School, Miriam Learning Center and Miriam Academy.
