Counseling Services
Our therapists really “get” your child and will help them learn to regulate emotions.
When a child has social and/or emotional concerns, dysregulation can affect the entire family. Our therapists can help children and parents learn new ways to communicate to improve relationships. A therapist typically sees a child for one 50-minute session each week until mental health concerns improve. Our Cognitive Behavioral Therapy approach is a research-based intervention that works well with many children. Other interventions, including play and art therapy, may also be incorporated into sessions.
