The Best of Miriam in One Place
Dear Miriam Family,
It is with a great sense of excitement and humility that I begin my second year here as the Head of Miriam School and Learning Center. I have such a deep appreciation of our mission and the good work we do both within our K-12 School and through the outreach of the Learning Center, with the support of the Switching Post. Last year, between our beautiful school campuses and the incredible outreach provided by our Learning Center, we helped 1770 children!
Our goal is always to wrap our arms around greater St. Louis and let families of children who learn differently know that we’ve got them. From the initial evaluation to graduating from high school, we are able to provide unique learners with the specialized instruction, therapies, care and connection and resources that they need to not only make progress, but to shine in their own way.
Your feedback makes us do better and be better. One of the places we are working on improving is our ability to communicate to you the richness of our organization and all that we have to offer. This newsletter serves to help us connect you to all of the resources Miriam offers and to create a greater sense of the Miriam Family. We want to honor our programming and the wonderful people who make up our community from our amazing students and their families to our dedicated volunteers and our very generous donors and partners.
Our hope is to allow you to see, read and witness all of the magic of Miriam all in one place. Together, we are changing the lives of children and their families.
With every good wish,
Meg
