Healthy Boundaries for Better Work/Life Balance

The work/home balance is essential to maintaining positive mental health. Rachel Crowe, Miriam’s Clinical Supervisor, will help participants adopt healthy practices and create boundaries to manage stress, secondary trauma, and avoid compassion fatigue. This is a time for each participant to take inventory of their life and to design a sustainable self-care plan to ensure a more productive work/life balance. Certificates of attendance for 1.5 contact hours are available upon request.
