Our Speaker:

Theresa Sieber, MBA, PMP (Project Management Professional), I currently hold the role of Senior Performance Improvement & Project Management with BJC Healthcare. I have 19+ years of experience in healthcare and ~6+ years of project management experience. In addition, I am a recent graduate of the Focus St. Louis Women in Leadership (WIL 78) program. I am a certified Project Manager, Trainer, Mentor, Photographer, and friend.

I value helping others and one way I live out that value is by providing guidance and council to other women to pay forward all that other women have given to me. I aspire to build lasting relationships and networks that allow me to continue to support, help and guide others to learn from my experience(s) and hope to help them in achieving their goals and dreams. One fun fact about me is that I play on a pool (billiards) league, through the American Pool players Association (APA), twice a week. I am only a mediocre player, but as it takes all skill levels to make a teamwork, it is the true definition of teamwork makes the dreamwork.
