As a recruiter with Miriam’s human resources team, Kayla Buckley helps identify hiring needs for the Miriam Learning Center.
She helps attract, hire, and retain diverse and qualified talent for the organization, as well as providing some HR administrative support to Miriam Learning Center.
She earned a bachelor’s degree in exercise science with a minor in psychology, as well as a master’s degree in exercise physiology from Southern Illinois University Edwardsville.
Kayla brings two years of recruiting experience to Miriam and was drawn to the organization because she wanted to make a difference and help bring qualified individuals to a deserving organization.
