Heather Kemper oversees the development department, which is responsible for fundraising and events.
Kemper, a St. Louis native, has more than 20 years of experience in development work in the nonprofit sector. She holds a bachelor’s degree in communications/public relations from the University of Missouri, Columbia, and a master’s degree in writing from Lindenwood University.
